Vegetarian Chili & Beans.

Here's a recipe for any vegetarian on a tight budget &/or a busy schedule. The great thing about this recipe is that you can find the ingredients in a local market and you only need (just like the morning smoothie) three ingredients!

Ingredients:
*One can of Vegetarian Chili & Beans.
*Shredded Cheese of your choice.
* Soy/Tofu Chorizo.

Directions:
1. Heat the chili & beans in a pan. Stir occasionally.
2. On a separate pan: Cook 1/3 of the soy chorizo with a small amount of oil.
3. Mix in the soy chorizo with the chili & beans & serve in a bowl.
4. Add the shredded cheese on top.
5. Enjoy!

You can easily make this dish vegan by using vegan cheese instead of regular dairy cheese.
What's your favorite quick veggie/ vegan meal to make?

  4. i've never understood people who don't like chili. even more, people who don't like beans in their chili. like, i try *really* hard not to judge people for food preferences but if you don't have beans in your chili then it is just . . . i dk, a weird sloppy joe?!

    anyway, sorry for that tangent. i meant to say OMG I LOVE CHILI and then ask if you've ever used the Fantastic World's chili starter? it's so good. i start with that then add a million beans and top with avocado. they also have a really great taco mix!
