You will need:
1 large slice of pineapple
2 spoonfuls of chia seeds (preferably soaked in water overnight).
1 cup of ice
1/2 cup of water
Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Put on the lid and mix well.
Put into a cup and enjoy! (Pardon my Coca-Cola cup) heheh
The smoothie is already sweet without sugar being added, but you can add 1 small spoonful of sugar.
This will work great as a back-to-school morning smoothie, especially for us college students! Not only that, the potassium in the banana keeps us hydrated and helps the heart, while the pineapple fights acne, strengthens bones, and even relieves nausea. I'll take this smoothie over coffee any day! o.~
