Strawbenana dream.

Protein smoothies aren't sufficient enough for me. When I drink a smoothie, not only do I want to feel as if I'm receiving my vitamins and protein, I also want to feel rejuvenated! Most protein smoothies I've tried are a bit on the dull, heavy side, so I created a quick and delicious recipe for a protein smoothie that'll have you feeling both healthy, full, and energized. (If you decide to use protein powder, I've read wonderful reviews on DailyBurn's Fuel-6.)

TO MAKE STRAWBENANA DREAM, YOU WILL NEED:
5 frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana (cut in slices)
1 cup of almond milk
2 teaspoons of chia seeds (soaked overnight in almond milk)
2 teaspoons of dry oatmeal.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add strawberries, banana slices, almond milk-chia seed mixture, and oatmeal into blender.
2. Blend on high for 25 seconds.
3. Serve and feel alive!

This smoothie has me feeling amazing after going to the gym.

Sueño Frezano.
Licuados de proteína no son suficiente para mi. Cuando tomo un licuado, no solo quiero sentir como si estoy recibiendo mis vitaminas y proteína, también quiero sentirme rejuvenecida! Muchos licuados de proteína que yo he probado son un poco aburridos y pesados, entonces hice una receta rápida y deliciosa de licuado de proteína que te dejara sintiéndote saludable, completa(o), y con energía.

PARA HACER SUEÑO FREZANO, NECESITARAS:
5 frezas congeladas
1 plátano congelado (cortado en pedasos)
1 taza de leche de almendra
2 cucharadas de semillas de chia (empapadas dentro la leche de almendra durante la noche)
2 cucharadas de avena seca

INSTRUCCIONES:
1. Agrega frezas, pedasos de platano, leche de almendra con semillas de chia, y avena en la licuadora.
2. Mezcla al nivel alto por 25 segundos.
3. ¡Sírvete y siéntate viva(o)!

Este licuado me tiene sintiendo asombrosa después de ir al gimnasio.
