2 Steps to a Perfect Morning.❀

Consider tired mornings a thing of the past because being an early bird is not as impossible as depicted. These two exercises take 2-5 minutes altogether and will have the body ready and alert throughout the entire day.

Morning rule #1: STRETCH!

Exercise 1: Wake Up Your Heart.
Extend your left arm forward. Tap the front of your left elbow with your right palm (not too hard but not too light). Do this 1O times, counting two seconds between each tap. This stimulates the blood circulation to your heart.

Exercise 2: Wake Up Your Mind.
Starting at your hairline, run the tip of your fingers to the back of your head. Do this for five minutes. If five minutes is too much on the arms, then reduce to 5O times. This helps the blood circulate to your brain.

Just three days of these morning exercises will have the body feeling a drastic change. Make this a daily routine for a positive outlook on your health! Don't forget to join this blog (view web version)!
