8 Years Vegetarian ♡ 8 Años Vegetariana

 ENGLISH        ESPAÑOL

Eight years ago today, I became a vegetarian! My family didn't know what to think other than it was just a phase. But after six months of not giving up, everyone knew I was in it for the long run.
It's one of the biggest accomplishments that anyone can have in their life. It shows that you can have discipline and self-control in anything you set your mind to. For those looking for a healthier or more compassionate life, I strongly recommend vegetarianism and authentic Mexican food (which to many people's surprise has a lot of vegetarian options)! (;

  4. Wowwee, hats off to you!! I totally agree, it takes so much discipline. Yet, I wouldn't even dream to go back to a Standard American Diet.
    Also, thanks again for the carrot juice recipe! *A* I'm literally drinking more carrot juice rn cause I can't get enough :D

  5. Happy 8th Vegetariersarry, Adi! I'm in my 7th year of commitment and 2nd year of consistency (in term of 'being reaaaally vegetarian')! I've made the decision 7th years ago but doing it slowly, step by step, in case my carnivourous side strikes back, lol.

    Anyway! Good for you! <3 Let's live with compassion! :D

  15. I would love to become vegetarian but it's so hard in a family like mine, where they just can't live without meat or fish. But I'm cutting in some types of meat and making my diet include some vegetarian dishes, which is the best I can do for now.
